We raise funds through both accredited and non-accredited investors. This is a shorter term investment, averaging 10-12 months.

Rehabbers or Fix and Flippers apply to have their project funded.

WE UNDERWRITE AND LEND

We underwrite the applications and if they meet our criteria for return, area desired, experience and more we approve the loan and lend them the funds required.
