We invest systematically in high quality assets, focusing where we see outsized growth potential driven by demand and economic trends
Since we started investing in real estate in 2008, the growth of our business across our geographies has expanded our ability to provide practical and diverse solutions to our limited partners. We have invested successfully through all market cycles and across the entire risk spectrum including a pandemic and economic shutdown.
We have 2 core strategies. Our first being stabilized real estate that is under-performing and under-managed but well located across the country in markets with high demand and and solid economic trends. We aim to acquire properties with only a value-add opportunity to allow for quick appreciation in post-acquisition while we work on other under-performing aspects of the property such as management, updates, and more.
Our second is investing in short term-high yield bridge loans for fix & flip investors looking to obtain hard money financing for their projects. Our investors make on average 10.5% return on their $ with an average term of 10 months.

Our portfolio of properties is all self managed and generates monthly revenue from rental payments from tenants.
